Each mushroom has different properties for well being.
We are working on the Apothecary section of our website to bring more information on the health benefits of Mushrooms.  Some are already listed.

Our mushrooms are blended here by us in specific combinations that we have created.
Our mushrooms come in fine powder form for easy use in drinks and food.  We combine high potency extracts with small amounts of mushroom powders for full spectrum goodness.  Extraction is ultimate for Polysaccharides and Beta-Glucans but take out a lot of minerals and other mushroom goodness.  We mix some of the straight mushrooms in to supplement the extracted goodness.  The blends are primarily extracts.

All mushrooms contain Polysaccharides and are good for the immune system.
Polysaccharides have shown to have immuno-stimulating and anti-tumor properties. Besides anti-tumor and immune enhancing effects of polysaccharides in mushrooms, research has also shown polysaccharides to have antibiotic and antiviral properties.

Dosage is personal.  A good start is a 1/4 teaspoon per day.  Increase to 1/4 teaspoon twice daily or a 1/2 teaspoon once a day after a week or more.  Or start with the higher dosage if you have chronic health issues or are warding off an illness.  Increase if you feel to.
The whens and hows are also flexible.

We also put our mushrooms in our food while cooking (they are not heat sensitive), our hot Cacao drinks and smoothies.  If you like the taste of Mushrooms, a sprinkle on food is a delicious SeasonZing!  If you are not so fond of the taste, pop it in a Kombucha, hot drink, or smoothie.Enjoy your Mushrooms!  Truly wonderful health supplements!  The benefits are immense!
