We use ceremonial grade Cacao powder for our Cacao Mushroom Blend Potions. 3/4 Cacao to 1/4 Mushroom extracts in each blend.
One cup of hot Cacao will give you a good daily dose of Mushrooms.
Can also use for chocolate or cake making!
Use a teaspoon or however much desired for the strength you choose.

Lion’s Mane
The dosage for Cacao Lion’s Mane is personal. A good start is 1/2 teaspoon – 1 teaspoon.
