We use Peruvian Criollo, ceremonial grade Cacao powder for our anti-inflammatory Cacao Mushrooms Potions. 3/4 Cacao to 1/4 Mushroom extracts in each blend.
One cup of hot Cacao will give you a good daily dose of Mushrooms.
Can also use for chocolate or cake making!
Use a teaspoon or however much desired for the strength you choose.
