Our Shipping And Delivery Policy
Our shipping rates are clearly marked on our website. Shipping costs do change due to rises in fuel surcharges and rate changes. Our current shipping courier company works with NZ Post.
We know you’ll often be ordering things you need in a hurry, we will dispatch your order within 3 working days unless otherwise indicated on the website. Occasionally, a product that you order may be out of stock. In this case, we’ll contact you promptly with an ETA, and an offer of a different product or waiting for the initial order.
If you have any special delivery instructions, please convey these via the Delivery Instructions field provided at checkout. Any text entered in the Delivery Instructions field will be displayed next to your address.
You can expect to receive your goods within 5 working days of having placed your order, unless you are at a rural address. Our courier tickets say overnight, however, our experience with NZ Post, due to our rural location and being in the Faraway North, is that packages take more than a day. In most cases, 3-5 days.
We send non-signature unless otherwise requested. If you’re not home when they call, and they deem it safe to do so, the driver will typically leave your parcel either at your door or close by. If they don’t think it’s safe to leave, they’ll leave a card with a phone number to call.
If delivery is to a business, you must include the business name in your delivery address. PO Boxes and Rural Delivery addresses are not a problem – feel free.
We accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit in New Zealand prior to there having been delivered to your home/business, provided we are notified within a week. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made.
We accept full responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand. If you experience a breakage, please hold onto the item and packaging and notify us of the situation.
