We are working on the Apothecary section of our website to bring more information on the health benefits of Mushrooms. Some are already listed on the site.
The whens and hows are also flexible. We start our day with a MamaZing Kombucha mixed with a mushroom blend. We may have another later in the day or the evening. If we need a pick up or are feeling off balance, we have some mushrooms. Studies have shown there is not an “overdose” amount, but best to start with less and let the body adjust to the new information and nutrition from the mushrooms.
We also put our mushrooms in our food while cooking (they are not heat sensitive), our hot Cacao drinks and smoothies. If you like the taste of Mushrooms, a sprinkle on food is a delicious SeasonZing! If you are not so fond of the taste, pop it in a Kombucha, hot drink, or smoothie. We find it activates the polysaccharides even more in Kombucha. Watch the alchemical magic happens when they froth up! (Some mushrooms froth more than others.)
