We use Peruvian Criollo, ceremonial grade Cacao powder for our Cacao Mushroom Peace, Calm, and Focus Potion. 3/4 Cacao to 1/4 Mushroom extracts in each blend.Â
One cup of hot Cacao will give you a good daily dose of Mushrooms.Â
Can also use for chocolate or cake making!Â
Use a teaspoon or however much desired for the strength you choose.
